Thumbs up Modified Formula bumper pics for front mount intercooler...

Here is my concept. Turned out rather well I must say. So much for the "sleeper" look. I know, I know... the car is a little dusty. Thanks to AintnoV6 for hosting the pics. :yay:

Got any pics under the hood of how you routed your intercooler pipes? How about underneath?? Looking into doing a front mount setup.

Well... I'm glad that you approve. I must agree with the other guys... it does look pretty mean.

Im diggin it...i kinda have a fetish for exposed front mounts on Formulas

mines in the sig..its the newer front but i modified mine too for the ic plus the turbos mounted there too in the fog light hole.

Birdie...you ever get those kirkeys mounted yet? I Ordered the chromoly rod to build the brackets for mine today...stop by my new shop or swing throught the motorama in novi thats coming up if you want to check a set out in person.

It does look mean. We trimmed a friends formula bumper, but not that aggressively. I like how your's turned out.

An IC from a powerstroke diesel could be made to fit

Later,

My Griffin should work just fine. I am going to get some 100 octane gas now as it'll be going on the dyno soon.

Re: Modified Formula bumper pics for front mount intercooler...

looks tight, but you know what i would have used instead of the mesh stuff, the billet grills you see on escalades, f 150s and some newer ls1 camaros, that would look very slick.
