forgive me i know nothing about supercharging except for the principle of how it works really i have a question....

can a stock LT1 motor with only breathing mods handle the powerdyne 4.5 PSI kit with nothing but maybe fuel or ignition system mods???? by handle i dont just mean not explode i mean function for awhile since its a daily driver???? how about the 6 PSI kit???? the motor is running on 68K miles, am i gonnna make the car usless for more than say another 10K if i blow it????
