LT1 injector size to run a turbo

I have a fresh LT1 383 and since it has the stock compression, I'll only be running 5-7 lbs of boost. The engine has all the usual goodies, throttle body, ignition, comp cam, headers/exhaust, Accel 30lb injectors. Will these injectors be large enough to supply the required fuel, since I'm running such a low boost preesure, or do I need to go larger? Also, on a different note, where should I have the MAS, before or after the turbo?

Larger injectors, depends on your setup (where to place the MAF).

What size injector would get the job done? Running single turbo and stock computer with a tune.

42's should get the job done. I am running them in mine for the time being on 7psi. You should be able to find a used set real cheap.

42's,50's, or bigger. Your only going to move up so i wouldnt get something in the 30's. you will just out grow them.

MAF, thats up to you. It can do done on either side. Search, you will find plenty.

Yep. What others said. If you're buying new high impedance injectors, might as well get the 60's which are the largest high impedance that I've heard of. You will need something larger than your 30's unless you run an FMU to increase fuel pressure.

MAF's can be run on the inlet or on the pressure side as it's job is to measure incoming air. Determining which placement is right for you will depend on your piping and BOV/Bypass configuration. The idea is NOT to bleed 'metered' air.

FMU for increased fuel pressure? Would that work? What is it?
