Ok Ive been lookin at the STS turbo kits and i really love the idea of the kinda stealth they give you. But Im lookin to either turbocharge or supercharge my car. If i go supercharger i really want a roots type (i really love the whine you got from them lol) but I my previous car was a 95 Talon tsi and it was turbo charged so i have a little experience with them. What would you guys suggest for me. Im lookin for about 550 hp on down the road and even 600 at most. Do they make roots type s/c for an lt1? Im kinda leaning towards a turbo due to the fact that your not loading down the motor and relying on rpm's. Give me some pro and cons and let me know what you guys would suggest for my hp goals. thanks alot guys.

 

this is what is needed for your HP goals using the STS system. I am planning on this build for next year. VRE is a great p;cae for your engine build. They have just finished a build similiar to my build, but they are using a vortec at 10psi(the goal is 20psi). They ran out of fuel and are going to change the fuel pump to a double pump setup. They made 520hp with stock heads and intake manifold and a custom blower cam.
