Just got home from the dyno

Just got the twin turbo camaro dyno-ed for the first time, 93 octane, 14psi, and 20 degrees of timing. Spark started breaking up at 4500rpm, i guess the megasquirt cannot supply enough spark directly...im gonna get an msd box to fix that though.

i only pulled to 4500rpm, both curves were both still increasing greatly when it started to break up, but it made 585 RWHP and 685 RWTQ. This was on a dynojet btw.

It's gonna make a A$$ load more then those numbers once you get it to pull past 6k. Let us know what happens.

How high do you plan to spin the motor? What heads are you running?

What do you got it handling, since your still using the LT1 PCM? A import buddy keeps telling me to go with the megasquirt but don't see many on here using them.

Its handling everything. The stock computer is just running my guages, and reverse lockout on my trans. opti is only on there for the cap and rotor, coil is controlled directly by the MS, For yours, since your auto, youll have to also have your stock lt1 computer control your trans, unless you go with a non electronically controlled auto.

Interesting. Thanks alot! I'll have to go back to doing research on this again! Always nice to have options when it comes to LT1s.

im about 99% sure mine is the only lt1 running entirely on the MS, so youll find alot of info saying it cannot by done because of the uneven pulses from the opti, ignore them...if you decide to go MS, PM me, ill tell ya how
