Just got on the dyno with my boosted 355
Just got off the dyno today, and my new setup net me 566 rwhp and 535 rwtq.
It consists of everything in the sig, plus the following
SRP forged Pistons, 9.0:1 compression
Eagle H beam rods
Eagle forged crank
lt4 timing chain
MSD OPTI/ 8.5 MSD wires
Ported lt1 heads 291 intake, 210 exhaust @ .600"
Comp Blower cam 224/236 114 lsa .535" intake, .555" Exhaust w/ pro magnum 1.6
14 psi from D1SC and twin high flow intercoolers
Net RWHP was 566 rwhp and 535 rwtq...The car will be on the dyno again friday for some tuning adjustments (car was running a little fat on the bottom end), so it should get me to about 575 rwhp. How are my numbers?

Not a big fan of those numbers should see another 100-150RWHP more than that IMO.
Put on a Better intake setup with a Bigger filter (I bet your running the ATI setup) and if you do have lt1 heads I doubt they flow 291 and 210 on the exhaust (been doing this awhile and that seems a little high out of LT1 heads without Drastic work)
What pulley combo are you running and how high are you reving it, We need to figure in how hard your spinning the blower????

As far as I know on the heads, They are ported by TPIS and is the stage 2 port job. Saw the flow bench paperwork, and will post them up soon.
I will be ordering the mufflex d1 intake pipe soon, will this increase boost pressure? The website says ~ 5 psi gain, But im thinking 1-2 seems more realistic...
This motor is tuned to run on pump gas, and 9.0 is a safe way to go. The car saw no knock during the dyno runs.
Heres a quick video of the car at idle...this is with pacesetter long tubes and lanes true duals

schurterslt1 made 690rwhp @ the same boost level I believe (with 355ci), but he runs a custom BRE cam (similar in size to a cc306) and AFR210's.
I am just throwing this out there to show you that you still have potential to gain alot more... better heads and better cam. Your numbers are nothing to sneeze at though.

cjmatt made 518rwhp/468 ft.lbs @10psi (with 355ci), on a mustang dyno. He has a BRE cam, stock unported LT1 cylinders, stock throttle body, and mid length headers.
I am also just throwing that out there. Your numbers are pretty solid, and I think you could ring more power out of it.

Was this on a mustang dyno or a dynojet, as the two are very different. I would say for a 355, with stock ported heads on a mustang dyno you are pretty much right on.
I have a 383 with AFR 180's, and 8.8:1 CR on pump gas, and I did 590 RWHP on a hot day on a mustang dyno at 15.3#'s of boost. Seems like you are pretty much where you should be IMO.
Depending on what AFR heads you plan on stepping up to, and what crank pulley you could change to, as well as runnning a methanol injection setup, you could gain quite a bit. But again, I would say your numbers are an accurate reflection of the mods done to your car.
