JL Turbo

Anyone put one of these on? They're a supporting vendor of the site and I was thinking of getting one. Just wondering if anyone had any input on these. Thanks.

Do a search for "STS" and you'll find more than enough to keep you reading.

If you have any questions throw us an email.

We just finished an install on a 1997 (oops ) TA A4 with a CC306 (not ideal) lets see what happens on the dyno.

I emailed your website a few days ago and never go a reply. I just wanted some details on the kit for the LS1. Also, how would it match up with the mods I already have in my sig?

My mods are close to yours. Check this out from my reply to some guys on another post.
Ok guys, I just got a call from my dyno guy and my car is finished. He fixed the timing problem I was having but now my 255 fuel pump has ran out of steam. Here is what my car did at 5.5 pounds of boost. The dyno pull started at 2400 rpms and it hit 400 rwtq at only 2700 rpms, it hit 467 rwtq at 3600 rpms and stayed there until 5250 when it started dropping off. He managed to get 498 rwhp at 6000 rpms and he said he could probably do better through the whole range if I put an inline fuel pump on. Another thing that I love about this kit is that whith the upgraded turbo (t67 instead of t60) my IAT's were only 125 degrees with no meth injection or intercooler. I am going to pick the car up tomorrow and if i can figure out how to post the dyno graph I will post it right away. I can't wait. :hump:

Re: JL Turbo

We have been dealing with these hurricanes so might of been a little late, but if you haven't seen a reply send again please. As for your mods they look great, some people wouldn't choose those gears for a turbo set up, but they will work. What is the LSA on the cam?

Eventually i was gonna ditch the 4.10s for some 3.73s. Would I need to fortify the internals or is this a pretty mild kit?

Re: JL Turbo

Cam looks good then, actually similar to the one going in my engine. With the base 5psi you'll be fine, if deciding to raise boost make sure to get a good tune. Let us know if you have any other questions.
