Interesting turbo headers on Ebay

I was just wondering if someone here has used these headers. They seem to be a steal at this price. Just wondering if they will fit and what not.

I saw those over on turbomustangs.com a few months back. I don't know if anyone has tried them in a 4th gen yet.

They are too low and come way forward. You'd have to make a custom alt. bracket, and swing the alt up. Also need to ditch the ps pump it looks like.

You'd have to move things of course, kinda like this one?? We've all seen SleeperZ28's setup at just over 1k rwhp. You'd have to get some T4 flanges instead of the T3's but I'm sure if you talk to the people that are making them it shouldn't be a problem. You'd have to put in some wastegate ports too if you were thinking about that much hp. But even twin t3's will still pull a good 600+hp.

Re: Interesting turbo headers on Ebay

They did, If you look at how the header flanges are you'll notice some notches cut out of them on one side. Those are the bottom. One side slopes up slightly the other down slightly so the turbos should end up in the same position if you are using a tangential housing.

These were meant to exit forward or rearward?

tho they'd make great rear-facing headers for a rear-engine drag car.

if they were that easy to fit into a 4th gen, I'd have saved a lot of money. I saw those for sale about a year ago through a shop for $400ish. I think they'd drop right in a 2nd gen.

Doesnt matter if the primary tubes are larger than the D ports on the heads. Now if the primary tubes were smaller and blocked part of the "D" then it would be a problem.
