Intercooler for a twin-turbo LT1?

I'm having a shop custom fab some twin turbo manifolds for my LT1, and he's suggesting I go with twin Holset 35 turbos...but what sort of intercooler should I be looking for? Would air-to-air or air-to-water be good for a twin turbo setup, or does it matter? does the intercooler need two inlets and one outlet? I really don't know much here when it comes to intercoolers...

You could always talk to turbo professionals, such as Turbonetics, or intercooler makers like Spearco.
