I neeed 100LB injectors or close

Dolpi(sp)/msd makes a 96# injector but I dont agree with the quality of them for high fuel pressure applications. I have run siemans to the limits with no signs of failure. they are 72#'s, even though the injectors typically test a few pounds higher then advertised, 10 more #'s of fuel will not be enough for me to run 25psi. My 72#'s were right around 95% and I would like to keep it safe next year~80%. Siemans only makes a 83#er and the next size is 160#'s too big for the street. Im not sure if there is a good quality injector for that kind of power under boost?

I know those making my power level are limited on this board but maybe if enough of us get together we could get sieman to make use like a 110lber?

*shrug* Just buy some 160s. Drop the Fuel Pressure if you've already got it jacked trying to compensate. Why buy just barely enough when you can have plenty and just tune for them.

Do you drive it on the street at all? If not id just use the 160s. Id hate to try to get that thing to idle on the street though with those.

Siemens has 86lbs inj @ 43.5psi

My friend figured out that stuff for ya, he said you should jack up your fuel pressure and run 83's or 95's, and that 160's will be terrible on the street.

How about using TWO 50# injectors??? I know it sounds far fetched but if you had a custom intake manifold with longer runners maybe you could put two injector ports on it instead of one. I am just thinking out loud, I'm sure tuning would be something vicious...

Damn, what kind of fuel pressure are you running to max 72# squirters? I know you're making a lot of power, but sheesh.

Check with PTE:

-Msd's are junk on blown apps.
-I dont want to crank on the fuel psi too much. its at about 70psi under full boost i think I would go about 80 max(which would be at about 25psi of boost). The more pressure I run at the rail the more pump i have to run so i want to keep pressure down so i can utilize my weldon 2025.
-My car is only a street car so I dont want to run 160's on a bank to bank driver.
-Those siemans are actually 83#'s, but as stated before they usually test a few #'s more then advertised.
-precision injectors if I remeber correctly are made by the same company as MSD(delphi)

This is the info that I got from racetronics concerning that:

83# w/ test solvent
86# w/ gas (has more mass)
Known as 83's as shown in ad:

The Delphi low-z injectors do not have any problems operating at 70PSI+.

FYI GN owners commonly run Delphi 50's at high FP's even though they are considered a lazy injector.
