How to remove ASR

How to remove ASR
I asked this in LT1 Tech and was told to ask here. I know you guys with S/C have to either remove it or relocate it. For those of you who have removed it, whats involved? How do i hook up the cable from the firewall back up to the TB and how is the crusie hooked back up. Any info here would be great.
