How much Rwhp should I expect with this set-up

Okay currently I have a 94 camaro z28. I also have the STS turbo system with the t-67 upgrade. Basically the engine is stock with just the lt4 hot cam. I made 400/408@7psi. I wanted to know how much rwhp I should be around with the boost turned up to 8psi. LE2 heads, matching ported intake, turbo cam from Lloyd Elliott. I was talking to Lloyd and he told me around the475/500rwhp range. I was just wondering what you guys thought I would be around.

Sounds about right, with really rough math anyway.

Lloyd knows his stuff, and I would take his word for it anyday

I think he will be fine for a good while. Go get a gallon of Toluene with every tank of gas and you'd never have to worry about it

with 9.5.1 comp it should last for a while. How many miles are on the shortblock? 475-500rwhp is a lot for the an lt1, most or some guys make it for a while with 400rwhp with a FI setup. 6psi is considered the safe limit, but it's really not. Lots Lt1's go at pressure. I would take it easy inless you want to rebuild it.
As for the numbers, llyod's predictions are some of the best your going to get. Your car should be right there. good luck

Yeah man, cars may be my life but chemistry is still a hobby

I'd try to run on a tank full of Hydrizonium Nitrate if I thought I'd live to tell about it.
