How much do I have to do?
Re: How much do I have to do?
oh... haha... guess I should of said some more then.
Well, probably close to 500lbs of torque at the wheels... 450 being reasonable and 425 if 450 is to farfetched. Whatever boost needs to be created to get that but not going past the "You might blow your motor" line. I want to do a cam, but not heads... 1800$ is to much cash...
I was figuring, Cam, Supercharger, Headers, Plugs, Wires, and whatever else that goes good with boost.
Little better? If not, what else do you need to know

Re: How much do I have to do?
Forged, dished forced induction pistons, Low CR, like 9:1
Good rings.
Possibly a forged crank, probably worth it since you are going to have the whole motor apart anyways. Lots of people have gotten away with the stock crank to 450HP w/o a problem, some have not.
Possible Forged Rods.
If you don't get new rods, get good rod-bolts.
New main cap bolts or studs, head studs.
Headers.
New plugs, no platinum; either copper or iridium.
MSD BTM or MSD 6AL and custom tuned PCM or MSD Digital 6 and custom tuned PCM.
If sticking with the FMU, ditch the stock fuel injectors and get 24# SVOs. IF you are ditching the FMU (which is what I recommend) get larger injectors, at least 36#'s and a custom tune.
Obviously a blower friendly cam, Comp Cams makes one 218/230 on a 114lsa. That's a popular cam.
That'll get you started. What kind of rear and tranny you got? Those will need to be addressed too.
