I would use water injection and forget the intercooler.... for your system

Filter, maf, 4" tubing, then headunit. And it wasn't even aluminum tubing. We used that white plastic tubing from the local hardware. lol. But it worked.

Actually i know a couple people that have run the 9lb pulley on their powerdynes, non intercooled, and they haven't had any troubles. However I believe you'll be running close to the max impeller speed at redline.

Thanks for the info Dave.
I think I'll do the 4" tubing soon, maybe tomorrow.
There's a place www.aspracing.com that
makes custom pulleys if someone wants a
2.62" diam for the powerdyne.
The 9 lb pulley is 2.70"
I think I'll wait till spring to put it in and hook
up my water/alchohol injection.
