I'm planning out my build and have decided i want to go with a 383 using twin turbos. I'm looking to break 1000 hp. I've been suggested gt3586s for the turbos and I'm going to be running 25+psi. What would be the best set of heads to go with as well as intake and cam and gaskets. This will be my first time playing with FI. Car will mainly be on the track with the occasional trip on the road to local meets

 

If you're shooting for that level with an LT1 I would seriously consider sticking with a stock stroke for a much thicker piston. You're probably going to be looking at some of AFR's heads to reach that particular goal. Something in the 230cc range with some optimized ports and a cam designed around the whole setup. I'm having trouble finding info on those turbos so I can't say but they sound like slightly larger GT35s which should be more than capable of 1k hp.
