Gt4082
Is a gt4082 too small for my single turbo build. 350 with vortec heads. I am currently making 297whp i would like to have over 500whp

Hmm. From looking at the compressor map that unit can flow somewhere like ~58lb/min.
My Vortech A-trim was at 50lb/min and made 446rwhp. Granted I didn't have any real tune on it and turbos have greater efficiency than a supercharger. Maybe you could hit 500-550 at the wheel depending on combination.
