Its got fiberglass insulation similar to a glass pack muffler. Its a flow through design so it does not cause any restriction I got the PVC pipes and insulation from Lowes.

Your setup looks great, I'm also interested to see how the hoses look when finished ( that looks absolutely cavernous with the radiator tucked under the support ) I have a question for all the 93-97 T/A guys, where are you putting the HCM (headlight control module) that normally sits in the drivers front headlight area. Every FI 93-97 T/A shows the inlet pipe going right thru the hole that the HCM covers. I have never seen where people put the HCM module after an FI install. Can you post some pics of where yours is placed, it would help me out alot....

Great looking combo...

Nice! What fans are those, I hope they flow enough air being pushers.

They are spals. The fans and radiator are from ofi, its what they use in their kits.
THe bracket is the same for a d1sc. Had to grind the corner off my block and ditch the sway bar cuz I coulnd't install the inlet with the sway bar on

That would be great if you could get some pics of where you mounted the (HCM module). I would really appreciate it ! Can you tell me how much OFI charged you for the radiator, spal fans, overflow canister ? I'm assuming you purchased it as a kit for the LT1 car. Does it have the neccessary filler neck and how is the access, did OFI install a position for the CTS (coolant temp sensor, my car is a 96 WS6) that normally sits on the passenger side of the radiator about 6 inches down ? The reason I'm asking the questions on the OFI radiator package, I'm going to do the same deal and would like to know if there is anything missing or strange that will not allow me to hook up the factory connectors and fittings. I want to have a clean OEM look when I'm done

Once again, that pic looking through the radiator at the F1 just makes me sick with envy Get the video up

You sure you can't get an inlet on there? I'm sure the F1A is the same size as the F1 and I got it on mine w/ the sway bar. Oh, did you have fun putting that belt on? LOL That's thing is a nightmare but I've got the hang of it now.
