Good of the shelf blower cams

What are my choices? Lookin for something bigger then my CC305, but i dont want to have ANY cam surge. It will be going into a 383 with AFR 227 heads and 18 psi or so

What do you guys think the difference in hp is between the low lift and high lift cam? Not hijacking or anything!

I run a custom ground 224/236 .573/.579 on 115 in my 383 and passed emissions here in CT.

I don't....if your going to put all this money into the top end why not match it right with a cam ?

it's a blower car so any cam will make power....but why not make more ????

Like stated already, blower cams are made for a reason. They don't make a world of different in all applications, but they do make a difference and they cost the same as any other custom cam. So the question is why not?

I agree with that point custom cams in these apps are the way to go you wont regret haveing a cam built for your apps

decided to go with TS-224XH 224/236 duration, .605"/.622", 114lsa

With my Rockers the lift will be 623/622.

Heads are AFR 227 flow 308/210 @ 600 lift, and 313/229 at .700

Hopefully that cam will take better advantage of that then CC305.

Good choice?
