fuel injectors

about done building my supercharged 383 with procharger 8 lbs boost. got fully ported heads and all the bolt ons have 36 lb injectors now just wondering if they would work or do i need 42lb.had a few people tell me i need the 42 but really don't want to spend the money on them right now and was wondering if the 36';s wil work ok

36's you can get by on, but I would go 42's or even 55's. No sense to spend all that money on a nice motor setup and blower then skimp on the fuel at this point.

My SVO 42# injectors are running 90% duty cycle at 6,100 rpm at 60 psi of fuel pressure.

I would also recommend going with the 42 lb injectors.

36#injectors will be too small. I was running stock heads with 12#s of boost on a 350 and pegging 120% duty cycles on 36# injectors.
