FMIC on Trans AM's??

Ok, I have a 95 TA and I just don't see how one can get much air to a FMIC on a LT1 TA. Can I see some set ups you guys are running?? Thanks in advance.

There's one guy on here who has one, but he has a different nose on it with two big cutouts. Since his is black, it isn't as noticeable, at least in the photos I've seen.

Here is a picture of mine. It is extremely efficient. When the car is moving the IAT's are about 10 above ambient. There are a bunch of pictures on my cardomain site on how to do it.

That same bumper is in my Shop, I know the guy who sells them. We actually switched to the stock headlights and i think it looks better. You decide.

Anyone got any pics of Formulas with FMICs or trans ams with fmics? I like WS6PILOTS front bumper, but I am curious to see what they look like and how they perform with only removing the fog lamps.

This is what I'm going to do: http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=832386

Should be efficient enough, and I won't have to sacrifice anything in terms of front end design, foglights, ect. I'm going to piggyback it with meth as a backup/crutch anyway though. I know the example is an LS1 car but this should work just the same on an LT1 car. You just have to trim the inside of teh bumper on the bottom, out of sight, for clearance for the intercooler.

Will a horizontally mounted FMIC allow me to keep the bumper supports on the front? I love the FMIC idea, but would be devastated if I lost the motor/ blower in an unfortunate accident!

Probably not. I haven't physically taken my nose apart yet, but when I do I"ll be sure to get back here with some pictures, pro's, and cons.

I don't have any cutouts. I have just little spoiler under the FMIC. It worked fine for me last summer. IAT's were ok. As you can see, I don't have fog lights any more, just small day time running lights.
