Finally got a WB O2 sensor...

well, i finally broke down and got one. next i need some tuning software so that i can really get it dialed in.
she ran pretty rich when put the blower on it (used the t-rex pump and FMU), then i added a meth injection kit and i could tell it wasnt pulling as hard as it should, so i wanted to be able to see how my AF ratio is doing all the time rather than just seeing it on the dyno.
i was running about 6psi and my meth kit has a 500cc nozzle. now it is running really rich at WOT. I pulled the FMU off but im still running the inline t-rex pump.
im gonna see what the AF ratio does with the smaller blower pulley on (8-10psi). if its still running way rich, im going to try a smaller meth nozzle, or maybe try running 50/50 water meth instead of 25/75 water meth.

hey hal, i just posted in your post about this.
the AEM wideband kit was on ebay for $193.
it was a really easy install. i dont have any data logging or tuning software (there are wires to connect if you do have the software), so all i had do was connect to a positive source and a ground. the rest was just plug and play (3 simple plug ins). it came everything needed, including the O2 sensor bung. the local muffler shop put the bung in for 20 bucks.

here is a short vid. i was trying to see how much boost, the AF ratio and at what rpm. i recorded it because everything happens so fast and i dont have 3 sets of eyes...
half way through the vid i hold it by hand and its much easier to see the gauges....
