A/F Ratio vs. Boost

Should A/F ratio richen with boost or should it remain constant through the boost curve? Thoughts please.

I have heard that timing is less at peak boost (pk tq) and can increase toward peak hp. Same thing I have heard with fueling. Some people may run 11.0 A/F @ peak tq, then lean it out gradually to 11.5 by peak power. Thats an example I have heard, but hopefully some peopl wil chime in.
