Engine problems...need help

Hi all,
I've had my Vortech V2-SQ on my Camaro for a pretty long time and I've encountered some problems. After making several trips to the track, my car began to burn oil and smoke underneath the hood and after having a mechanic look at my car, it turns out the mechanic that installed my supercharger ran the wire for the fuel pump over the exhaust, which in turn melted the wire and blew the fuse, so basically I was running at the track without knowing this had occurred. Ever since, my car has been hesitating off the line, it feels like there is very little power below about 3000 rpm's, and the car just feels like crap basically. Any ideas as to what problem(s) I may be experiencing? Blown head gasket, scored piston, etc? Thanks in advance.
