Eaton M112 VS Vortech
I just finshed my Aftercooled T Trim install, I haven't finshed plumbing the aftercooler yet, but I should finish that within a week or so.
First off, the wistle is pretty incredible.. Its neat to hear flat out.
2. the car drives more like the car does NA, even when you get into the gas around a quarter throttle it feels quick but it definately doesn't have that tire screeching punch the eaton did.
3. MAN does the car pull diffferently. I put it in second and nailed in and went from disappointed to wow in the matter of 3-4k rpm. It feels like the power and torque is exponential.
I did see a big cloud of smoke, but later pulled again in 3d and the car went lean according to my on board wideband. So i'm sure I've got plenty of power to tune in it.
The eaton was alot of fun, it was quiet besides the sound it would transferr threw the hood. I never put a cowl hood on the car, i really should have.
The eaton was a crapload more punchy, but I can tell the vortech is going to make more power. I'm still up in the air on which I like more.. You see a big part of it too is the fact I don't race the car anymore, Its just something fun for me to cruize around in.. The comparison is almost that of a typical V8 vs. turboed 6 banger.. Sure the 6 banger might make more power, but the V8 has power and torque all the time.
Before anyone ask, I'm not selling the eaton. Sorry if you have PMed me about it before with no responce but i get a million emails about that thing all asking quesitions that are in the first 2 big post I made. I even got a $20 call from germany from someone who looked up my phone number just to ask the same questions.

power vs power the eaton will make more torque and hp down low .... so more punch... but when you start pushing big and serious hp... you will see that too much down low just isn't fun... you will still have even more power than you did with the eaton even down low.. but the feeling is way difference... IMO right now the centrifugal offers more than the eaton, because the eaton is not that efficient, but maybe a twin screw would still have the same feeling as teh eaton and have similar power outputs as the t-trim???
