There is no such thing as an "upgrade".
You'll have to sell your head unit and buy a D-1SC head unit, brackets and pulleys.
You're looking at over $2k
Send Lonnie Pavtis an "E" mail lpavtis@earthlink.net and he can hook you up with some great prices.
You might want to just consider selling your P1SC kit and buying a D1SC kit or find a buddy who's interested in getting a kit and make a deal with him so he gets all the new stuff and your head unit, brackets, pulleys and you get the D1SC head unit, brackets and pulleys.
That's what I did and it worked out well for the both of us, well actually it worked out well for me as the guy got cold feet after he installed the kit and saw a bunch of us blown up and took the kit off and sold it....like I said it worked out well for me
Good luck,
Marc

You can actually have it done for around $850. I had mine done for about that. You need to call Tom Byrne. He'll handle the paperwork, ATI will rebuild it and ship it to you. I did mine last year so I don't know if pricing is the same but Tom will save you a few hundred dollars over contacting ATI directly in any case.
