First one involves two welded an bungs on each valve cover and braided stainless lines running to catch cans, similar to the ones in the picture above. The second system would involve the brainded stainless lines going into a moroso oil seperator http://www.jegs.com/i/Moroso/710/85471/10002/-1 then a line going from the seperator to the suction side of the supercharger. The pcv valve is already looped on the intake manifold. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

either way would work but I found on my 383 12 psi set up that with the open element breather on the valve cover and electric vacuum pump works the best for me and the oil is nice and clean when i change it (3000 miles)

Note: my car is a daily driven stop and go traffic also.... Before the vacuum pump and suction from the intake from the blower i ran just a open element on pass side and had the intake side still hooked up I would blow the seal out of the intake once a year.... know no problems after i changed my set up.
I don't care what anyone says but after about 10 pounds of boost there is going to be some sort of blow by and pressure in the crank case so i don't recommend still leaving any of the pvc valves connect which can pressurizes the crank case... (so i vote to disconnect all possible areas that can pressurize the crank case

You might try blocking off the open breather. This way you vac pump will pull vacuum in the crankcase increasing ring seal (make more power)

yes I thought of that but, I did that in case the pump failed to turn on at high boost levels ... already replaced the intake seal once this year and since i did this i have had zero seepage from intake or any other areas (you know lt1's love to drip lol lol )

Iam just using evac tubes welded into my exhaust going to the valve covers.. No problems yet but I have only been running 9psi of boost. The pvc valve is all in the stock location. Do I get rid of it ? I plan to run 15 to 18psi soon.. Does anybody have any pictures or diagrams of the best way to do it. thanks

Once past 15psi the evacs aren't doing to well on my setup (blowing oil out the gromets on the VC's. Had to go back to 2 catch cans, one for each VC and now it's completely dry. Weird.

Very interesting.. Are you using a standard catch can, such as one with a single inlet, breather on top and drain on the bottom? Your not pulling vac through the cans are you? Our setups seem fairly similar as far as psi, what did you do with the pcv system?

I'm using Stef Catch cans w/ breathers up top a drain pet **** at the bottom. That's it. TB port is capped off, I'm running a water oil seperator through the pcv.

Off topic, but Silas, where did you get that billet throttle cable cover piece? Don't tell me it's an MBA either.
