Convince me to go fi

I was planning to do h/c but I want to consider turbo/supercharging. What are some arguments you can give me to push me over to the fi side?

As in some benefits over heads and cam.

More power, belt whine for s/c, BOV for turbo, boosted seat of the pants feeling, "got boost" factor...there are many pros for FI, and there are many pro's for h/c. A lot of it depends on your plans for the car are and the numbers you are shooting for. If high hp numbers are what you are looking for and can live the fact that you will need to rebuild eventually, FI is a great way to go.

Re: Convince me to go fi

Chicks dig turbos, thats what convinced me Honestly, on the street,if properly setup I think you will like the drivability of the FI car more than the N/A car. Although there are alot of guys who run n/a no prob and make tons of power on the street. When it came down to it, I wanted BIG power, and a turbo was the answer. Just get ready to sleep on the couch for a while if you happen to be married Bottom line, how much $$$$$$$ do you want to spend? Good luck with your decision
