Boost Pulley Sizes

I have a P600b procharger that is supposed to be pulleyed for 15 lbs of boost.

My question is does anyone know the diameter of the crankshaft & the blower pulley? My crank pulley is approximatly7 3/4 inches and my blower pulley is 2 1/2 diameter.

Any help would be apreciated.

I would recommend against running the 15lb pulley on your P600B. I wouldn't recommend going anything more than the 12lb pulley.

If I'm not mistaken the P600 & P1200 series blowers have a 7.66" crank pulley and depending on what boost level 3.05" or 2.95" or 2.75" blower pulley. They also have a 3.05-1 stepup ratio.

Are those Blower pulley diameters 3.05,2.95,2.75?

also exactly what is 3.05 step up ratio?

Yes 3.05, 2.95 & 2.75 are the blower pulleys, the step up ratio is similar to you rear gear ratio like a 3.73 will pull harder than a 3.08. What the step up ratio does is allow you to figure out the max rpm you can run your motor before you reach the redline of the blower itself. For example my P1200 has a max blower speed of 60,000 rpm, well what engine speed does this equate to, take the crank pulley diameter divided by the blower pulley diameter multiply that by the step up ratio then multiply that by your max engine rpm to get blower speed at max engine rpm.
Example: 7.66/2.95=2.5966 x 3.05=7.92 x 7300 rpm = 57813 rpm
Hope this helps explain the step up ratio.
