I am going from the 6.5" LT1 ATI crank pulley and 4.0 blower pulley setup=
6.5/4.0*4.1*6500 rpm=43,306 blower rpms
TO:
7.65 ATI crank pulley and 3.4 blower pulley=
7.65/3.4*4.1*6500rpm= 59,962 blower rpms
previous setup ran an 11.70's on average at 6,000ft altitude- 7500ft D.A.
With my new dyno tune, and assuming all things are working the same as before, do you guys think i'll make it into the 10's in the same altitude/DA conditions????

Altitude is a killer. I know the feeling. Depends on how much more boost you'll add to it with that combo, but i think it will be close. I think you'll have to pull off a pretty good 60ft time to do it and you'll wanna shoot for mph in the 124 to 126 range.

My prevoius combo was with 4-5 # boost and shifting into OD!!! I have the OD problem fixed, but expect to see at least 10-12# boost. My old 60' times were 1.6x's, but seriously our altitude sucks!! I hope I make it just for the LT1 sake!!! Not many cars at Bandimere Speedway even make it into the 10's,let alone an LT1!!!
Albuquerque is probably the about the same altitude as Bandimere. We're 5300+ at the track and the DA is usually a lot higher then that. Your pulling pretty good 60ft's now. I'd actually be worried about running out of gear assuming you still have 4:10's like your sig says. Ever consider going back to a 3:73 setup? It would probably run good with that gear when your running the boost you'll be running now cause i'd guess your mph will be in the low to mid 120's now. Those are good times for 4 to 5 pounds of boost. Is it a stroker or some major weight savings?

So before I saw 4-5 pounds of boost max, I just took it out for a ride and only got into it about 1/2 throttle for a few seconds and saw 8-9 pounds of boost!!!
I think I have at least doubled my boost from before and may see around 12-14#'s during a full throttle run!!!

I dont have a wide band, but I did get a new tune from PCMForless before I even drove the car based upon seeing 10-12 pounds of boost. You are correct though, it will not see full throttle until I can get it on the dyno and really check out what its doing. I am very excited though, it feels like a whole different car!!!
