I am ordering a 2.95 inch blower pulley to replace the 3.33 that is on my A-trim. The crank pulley is 6.66.

Will I need to replace the belt and how much shorter does it need to be?
Any advice on belt brand and/or place of purchase?
Any comment on using belt dressing?

I won't swear to it because my crate is tore all apart since November, but I think you need a 080415 which is a tight fit but the 080427 seemed too loose on mine if I remember correctly. The belts are available at NAPA and from $18-$23 depending on which store you go to. They let you return them if the fit is wrong.

 

The last three digits are inches, as in 41.5 inches. Many Truck parts stores also stock this belts for semis, just ask for a 41-42 inch 8 rib belt and they will look it up for you. I bought my last two belts this way for less than $20.
