ATI question

When using the ATI PSC1 w/ twin coolers do you have to relocate the air pump or is it deleted?

You can re-locate it or even delete it I would say just remove it all together

You can relocate it, the kit comes with the needed components.. Or, you can just get rid of it.. I choose to remove it.. Who needs emissions equipment?!

Thanks. I don't have a SC now and won't for some time but it made me curious as to what happens to it. Will the car stand any chance of passing emissions testing w/o the air pump?

I see you are in Berks Co. PA. What are their emmitions like their?? I know for a fact that Darkblue T/As car will pass delaware emissions no problem and he was well under the limits without the air pump. If they do the inspection to see if all of the emissions equipment are in place, then you may have a problem. The dumb@$$ that checked his car, so he said "thought my blower was the air pump. LOL, I can't believe how stupid those people are."

Although this county doesn't have emisssions YET most of the surrounding counties do and it's been rumored to be here soon. As far as how strict the limits are I really don't know(knocking on wood). I would pass now no problems AT ALL but I'm just glad I don't have to pay the additional $$ for it. I'm not worried about the visual part, just the sniffer if the air pump would be removed.
Thanks for the help.
