ATI LT1 install rerouting oil cooler hose
On the intall of a P1SC on an LT1, ATI advises to turn the waterpump fitting for the factory oil cooler from the 4 o'clock position and move it to the 10 o'clock position and to cut the hard line just behind the crank pulley. From what I understand they then advise to run a really long new hose routed towards the passenger side of the car . Has anyone came up with a better solution?

Is it a sandwich type like stock, or does it relocate the oil filter?
The cooler I got from a local speed shop. Its an Earl 50 row cooler however, they no longer make this cooler. It was too big so they didnt sell very well, the next size down is the 40 row.These coolers are designed for the older porsche that were oil cooled only. They go for around $500, but I got a hell of a deal. Actually the shop I bought mine from may still have one left in stock. They are more of a big block with nitrous shop, so this is not a hot item.
The way its setup is a sandwich. This only routes the oil out and back into the motor so no restictions like the factory. I run -10 line in and out of the cooler. You can see it mounted in the front of my car in one of the picts if you look closly.
