Alright teach me about forced induction!

I know a little about it but I would like to know alittle bit more about valve train set up, and which would give more power with the less psi a SC or turbo, advantages and dis advanges of both. I did a little search but, I would still like more info. Thanks to all who reply.

Also forgot to ask would a regular cam work fine in a blowen motor as long as you have a 114 lsa. I am think of a pretty big cam bigger then the cc306.

A blower cam usually has 10-12 more degrees exhaust duration than intake. The higher LSA will prevent your boost from leaving through your exhaust but it also prevents full exhaust evacuation, hence the larger duration... As for valvetrain set up, it must match the cam you are using. Good proven supercharger cams are variations of the 214/224, and the 224/236. The former makes nice low end and great vacumn, the latter makes good power all around, even in N/A apps.

I would say all things considered, a turbo system is better than a supercharger system. It makes boost at a much lower RPM to give you that crazy torque... a supercharger will always make max horses at the top of the rev range. A supercharger is easier to tune because it makes power vs. rpm linearly, especially on a stock PCM. However if you are going all out, go turbo. It's more expensive but if you have the dough it is definitely worth it.
