85mm Ls1 Style Maf 5 Wire Calibration Needed

Hi, I am a newbe here and just started tuning on my 94z28
I have the tunercat program, although I have been working
on this car for years I have just acquired it from the original owner. I have installed many mods on this car over
the years for my friend it is at the point where I need tuning work. I have a P1SC dual intercooled system on the
car that I installed several years ago. The long block is stock with 49000 miles. My friend drove the car hard and
so far it has held up. I have reciently gone through the blower system replacing worn parts belt, idler, hoses. One
thing I did was move the MAF near the T/B pressure side
I installed a 85mm MAF with a adapter plug. I need a stock
LS1 calibration to get me started. Can one of you LS1 guys
help me out? This sensor seems more sensitive than the stock one. I used this one it fit my 4'' duct perfect, I have been running in SD mode with ve master and now I am ready to tackle the MAF. Any help would be appreciated this is my first post and have learned a lot from you guys already.

here is what i have done when i used a 85mm z06 maf on my 1997 lt4...

i got the stock LS6 Z06 tables and noticed the frequencies sampled at different frequencies (Hz) than the LT1/LT4

using a program called sigmaplot - i combined all the frequencies used from both cars in column A (from lowest to highest)
in column B i put all the known flow rates associated w/ each Hz (basicly the data from the Z06 PCM program)

based off this data, sigma plot was able to calculate the missing values - i used these values and put them in my 97 ECM program and data logged for abt 50 miles
and it seemed to be pretty much dead on as per BLM readings until my engine exceeded 347 gm/sec - then it got weird

now - the bad
the stock MAF can read well over 450 gm/sec
the LS6 can read well over 600 gm/sec
the LT1/LT4 pcm cant read above 11216 hz
the LS6 pcm goes upto about 13000 hz
so the LS6 MAF sensor @ 11216 hz is reporting about 346.28 gm/sec (compared to 471 gm/sec on a LT1/LT4 maf at the same frequency)

so you loose the ability to read any flow rates above this
for this reason - i removed the MAF sensor (its for sale still) and went with a e85 speed density tune and it runs great

i can email you my LT1 file with this data in it
i will try to post it here as well..

monodax has no LT1 edit files - and why does it seem people on this site are against sharing tunes?? i even offered 20Gigs on a ftp server just for people to share em - no one wants to share, but many people request em... weird

chad, can sigma plot be used to smooth out 3d graphs such as ve tables? My ve tables are a little choppy in some areas and i think a smoothing software would do wonders for me.

Thank you

Hi,I have been away for a little bit, thanks for all the info!
I have a lot of tuning to do,I am learning that the MAF tables are a large influence on the cars driveability. I need to change my headers first I have hooker sup comp
now. I have LT pacesetter to install no more slip tubes to leak so my BLM'S will be closer together.
I have a AEM Wideband setup has anyone tried to feed the PCM a signal to both banks from the aftermarket WB kits AEM has a narrow band output option in the harness.
Has anyone used the 100mm MAF from Lingfelter?
Thanks for the help!
