Thanks guys.
Still using the ATI sheetmetal intercooler. I may try something else though.
At the start of the run, IAT's are 65deg, and ramp up to 140 by 6500. I'm not able to get much airflow through the core on the dyno though.
The turbo is an Innovative GT80BB R-trim

I can't argue with it being more helpful on the street. I would figure a .85 or .96 would make the best power under the curve with your setup, but then again, it'd be blowing the tires off on the street.
It's an interesting dilemma that I hadn't put much thought into. Was the larger A/R to bring boost on slower part of your plan all along? If so, that's some serious foresight you got goin'...

I ran a .85 housing on my PT-76, and It would spool up very quickly on the street up to 16 psi, but on the dyno it took until almost 5500 to get up to 16psi. Dyno's don't load the turbo like the street does.

Seriously Jim, you need to get some video coverage next time you put it up on the rollers. I'd love to hear that boy spooling.
BTW, nice numbers.

Very impressive whats a quick run down of your motor? i mean it can't be stock running 20psi! I am hoping to see slightly higher numbers with a 396 and a t-88. not that i wouldn't be happy with 774!
