60-1 with a t3 .84 turbine housing on a 355, a few ???

60-1 with a t3 .84 turbine housing on a 355, a few ???
will that turbine housing be to restrictive on a 350 to support 600 ish hp (fwhp)

Don't use anything less then a .96 A/R with a 60-1 on a V8.
