I am buying a supercharger for my 86 camaro, it has a lb9 (tpi 305) that has 195 hp 285 lbs torque. The only mods on the car is a dynomax bullet. I will be using a fmu and I will be running 6 psi with a intercooler, how much hp should I expect? I know the 305 isn't much of a engine but it only has 58k miles and I don't want to yank a perfectly good engine so I thought i'd just bolt on a supercharger since i'm only wanting around 240 hp.

My bet is 250 fwhp. Don't give up on the 305 TPI. Some guy was running 9's with a 305 TPI using the stock TPI intake manifold with a supercharger.
