-3 or-4 oil supply line???

so i was wondering about everybodys opinions about an oil feel line for my mpt70. i have been told by several people to use an oil restrictor to keep from blowing out the oil seals of the turbo. i thought a dsash 3 would be ok or should i just use -4 line and a restrictor? let me know

I will be running a 3An on the shop car. Lots of people run 4's with restrictors. I don't think you'll have a problem with either.

I think I am on a -4 with a restrictor. Although I was paranoid and drilled the restrictor out to about a .110 when others are using a .063ish jet.
