time for duals, couple ?s

i like the sound of an h-pipe more than an x-pipe, but dont want to drop the $170 on the flowmaster "merge kit"

what would I need to do to be able to run this

is there even a way to run that?

um....that IS an H-pipe

run some pipe off the collectors, splice that unit in...run the rest of the exhaust.

lol, i know thats an h-pipe, but flowmaster makes a "merge kit" that is like a h-pipe/x-pipe mix that is $160(link below)

If the pipe across is perpindicular to the exhaust pipes, it is still an H no matter how close the pipes are together.

Who is doing your exhaust? Just have them cut and weld in a cross pipe. Thats what I've always done. This way you can get a custom fit that tucks tight instead of something that may hang low and snag.

i have a friend doing my exhaust for me, he wants me to get a kit so that its easier. He also said that i can run the summit x-pipe kit for cheaper than i could make an h-pipe kit (the h-pipe part, plus the extra piping)
so, i am going to run the x-pipe kit, and just get some different mufflers i guess
