Ticking noise

First I hope this is the right forum........Anyone have any idea what the popping/ticking noise is? Coming from the rear of the car near the exhaust (under trunk). A few weeks ago I had the exhaust leaks welded. It happens when the car gets hot.

hmm mine made a similar noise it was a leak where the pipe connects to the muffler it was my clamp, but since you say yours is welded I don't know get underneath there with the car running and see if you can feel any hot air coming out around your wleds.

If there was an exhaust leak before the 02 sensors, a scan may turn something up. But if it is that far back by the catback, then your best best is to get under there and see if you can find it.

Thats happened a few times on here before. At least it was sort of an easy fix.
