I'm trying to figure out what's going to be the best solution for exhaust for my car for the time being and possibly for later.

I was thinking X-pipe, but have heard of possible issues with running a chassis mounted torque arm (would like to run the spohn torque arm in the not to distant future)....

Is there much gain going xpipe vs. straight pipes off the headers -> to bullets -> to dumps? Such as Injuneer's setup? (similar anyways)..

Cool man, that's a nice setup. Maybe what I can do since I can't get the torque arm just yet, is setup with straight pipes and bullets for now all clamped up, then take the car to my exhaust guy once I purchase the torque arm later on, he can bend around it for me

 

Yeah, you see that it can be done with the X and the Spohn TA...It takes some work, but the end result is awesome...When it stops flurrying here I'm gonna get it back to the dyno to see if there is any difference in rwhp and rwtq over my Borla cat-back...The "butt dyno" says there's a gain, but who knows...

was just curious? can you do the true-dual setup without the x-pipe? if so, which is better, straight off LT's or with the x-pipe? seems that without the x-pipe you would lose a lot of low-end torque, but not sure...anyone know for sure as im going to be doing my true dual setup very soon and wanted to know ahead of time, thanx
