Unhappy SLP Shorty Headers Discontinued...!?

Lately I've been shopping around for SLP-30015C, coated 1 3/4" shorty headers for 1993-95 Camaro/Firebird (1-Cat w/AIR) and every place I try cancels my order saying SLP has discontinued these. I became concerned when SLP didn't offer them on their site anymore and went on a frantic hunt which so far has been unsuccessful. Afterthoughtsauto is my last hope. Why SLP!? WHY!?

I have SLP shorties and plug access is not so good. I ended up putting the wires over the valve covers and adding heat sleeves to the boots after burning 2 wires. I am coming from 5.0L Mustangs though, where you can swap plugs in 10 minutes with your eyes closed.

Have you tried out supporting vendors? Tbyrne and Maryland Speed still have them on their websites...but you should call them. Maybe website is not up to date?

But why SLP shorties? They're are other "smog legal" shorties...JBA, BBK. I have the SLPs, b/c I live in CA (smog sucks) and got a good deal on them used. Just keep your options open.

Else, you could check if used ones come up for sale on this board....they also seem to every few months.
