can you still buy this exhaust anywhere? heard a SS the other day n liked the sound. havent heard one in a while. would it still have the same deep tone with LT's and ORY?

 

I got a 96 ss and my sounds really good before the long tubes, but i just put long tubes on it about 2 weeks ago with no cats and it is pretty loud at WOT, wouldn't buy anything else for it. although SLP stopped making that exhaust kit witch really sucks

I hopeypu can find one, my 96 SS has that system and with headers and ory it sounds killer!

 

I just bought one last month from a guy on Ebay for 123$ (plus shipping). Haven't put it on yet, waiting for longtubes.

 

I was on a power upgrade curse and stupidly changed my SLP 2OTL with a Flowmaster. Had new stainless steel tips added so it looked like my old exhaust setup. Didn't like the popping and unnecessarily loud effect. May have added a pony or two, but the sound was like a trumpet bleating compared to the SLP's sweet clarinet.

Same here, not too loud and not too soft. Just right, at least legally. I would like to drive open headers from time to time. Sounds soo good.

 

i have it on my 96SS with Kooks LT AND CAM AND IT SOUNDS MEAN!

 

My buddy's got the 02 SLP edition CME exh w/ LT's, ORY and MS4 Cam and heads. It sounds really throaty.

i have an SLP 2OTL with long tubes and no cats, its loud and sounds awesome at WOT but its to quiet at idle for me

 

I got the 2OTL (on a 97 SS) and will be gettin some Pacesetter LT's. Cant wait to hear it run. here is a good question, will the Pacesetter ORY directly bolt on to the SLP catback?
