Quick Emissions/O2 sims question

I was recently rejected from the Emissions testing center here in Chicago because 3 of the items were coming up "Not Ready." They are the EGR, A.I.R., one other I cannot remember off the top of my head. When having long tubes on a 99Z and getting the codes tuned out, is there a way for the computer to show them as Ready and not throw the code? (Without having to reinstall all the emissions crap) Apparently you can only have 2 Not Ready's in order to pass, I could be mistaken on that one though.

Basically, I am asking if I need to install all this junk in order to pass or can a tuner make the codes not appear but still show as Ready?

Thanks!

With HP Tuners you can set the tests from 'not ready' to 'ready', or it may be that it makes it not even show up as required, either way automatic pass

If you've removed the cat and are getting trouble codes for that, you can make/buy a downstream 02 sensor simulator.

Yeah the guy that tuned them out turned them to not ready. I had a speed shop set them to ready and I passed with flying colors.

I really doubt it, I think thats strictly an OBDII thing. My 95 doesn't have a downstream o2.
