Pacesetter LT's vs Hooker's, locations??

Pacesetter LT's vs Hooker's, locations??
Do both or these LT's exit under the car at the same place? I have true duals and going back to a y-pipe and can get a y-pipe from some Pacesetters for a good deal but dunno if it will bolt up to the hookers or not

I am interested to know this also, because the Hooker Y-pipe is so expensive, if I could get some Hooker LT's and a pacesetter Y-pipe that would really cut down on costs.
