pacesetter LTs
In the '94 the cat is a part of the Y-pipe welded into the assembly. Don't know what Pacesetter setup you're looking at, but unless it fits the stock Y then you're going to have to relocate (cut out and re fabricate) or add a different cat. I hear that's a problem in CA.
He's looking at Long Tubes, which won't fit the stock Y pipe. I don't know the emission standards in California so I can't say if you'll run in to any issues passing inspection (assuming you retain AIR/EGR, and put a catted y-pipe on it)
you will never pass in CA if they want to be strict. LT's will move the cats and that is against the law in any state. Putting in cats will help your cause but if your operator or service person wants to be a ******** you will not pass the visual.
