yes I think all pre 95's had the oil pres. sender located up near the oil filter . Later models were located behind the intake manifold.

it was up until mid year 1994 that they had the sender on the side of the motor

i broke my oil pressure sending unit when installing my headers, and I also broke the coolant temp sensor. i had read to be careful of them, but when it came down to it, I totally forgot and broke them both... haven't repaired them yet either... I got the coolant temp sensor in, but when I went to plug in the pigtail, surprise, it was melted from the headers and I got a new oil press unit, multiple times, but it wasn't the right one either time....
