Pacesetter Header Box Packaging?

For those of you that have/bought Pacesetter Headers, how did they come in the box? I purchased a new Armor Coated set, and when they arrived I was appaulled. The headers were only in a plastick bag with no peanuts or bubble rap to protect them from the other pieces in the box. I can't believe they would package them like that. Everthing bouncing around in box, they are all scratched up. Is this how they package them?

Thats how mine came. Considering the number of complaints on this forum, including my own, about how the coating rusts, I would probably not worry to much about how they are packaged but how they will hold up.

My buddy got hooker headers for his 87 GTA, and they came the same way, but they were in a correctly sized box so they didn't really have room to bang around.

Thats how they come, loose and scratched.
What do you want for the price you paid? They are one of the least expensive headers for a reason.

Why are you worried about scratches? You're gonna bang em up gettin them in there anyway?

I would prefer to do the damaging to the coating myself. I won't have any trouble installing, as the engine is sitting on the stand in the garage. We'll see how the next set come. I don't really care if they are the cheapest on the market, but they (Pacesetter) should realize people care about the money they spend.

My Kooks showed up in a limo, and I'm pretty sure they had been drinking.

I got my second set today, they look much better. Still not much in the way of packing, but they weren't beat to death this time.

They're a budget header, I'm surprised they even come in a box.
