Noisy ride

Anyone have any good solutions on stopping the y-pipe from
hitting the underside of the car?

Do you have aftermarket headers and y-pipe or is this a stock y-pipe causing the problem?

It could be that you have old, worn out motor mounts leading to the clearance issues. Pretty common.
