So having owned my car for 9 months now, I now need to get it inspected. I honestly have no clue how the previous owner got it to pass with blacked out taillights, no muffler and cat, no horn, missing lug nuts, and bare tires. I've fixed almost everything except for the horn, muffler and cat. The horn is easy to fix, I just need a wire and the muffler is going to be a Cherry Bomb glasspack.

However, I need a decent catalytic converter that isn't going to kill my wallet but works. I see a bunch on fleaBay but I'm not quite sure which ones are good.
